Toasted Cinnamon Tumeric Granola

This is the best self-made granola I ever had and you have a plenty of possibilities to serve it: you can eat it just pure, with muesli, yogurt or as topping for fruit salad. The spices give this granola a very special and wonderful taste….and the ingredients are all vegan, healthy and delicious. Just try it out!
  • 30 g mixed nuts (I used pecans and walnuts, which I chopped into smaller pieces)
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 80 g buckwheat
  • 80 g oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp tumeric powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (heated it up until it was liquid)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
Mixed all the ingredients together and baked in the preheated oven at 160 degrees C for 15-20 minutes. Make sure to mix through every 5 minutes. Let it cool down and serve with some yoghurt, plant-based milk or on the smoothie bowl of your choice !
