Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 500 g rhubarb
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 80 g oatmeal
  • 15 g sliced almonds
  • 45 g spelt flour
  • 1 vanilla bean or ground vanilla
  • 40 ml Wonig from vegablum
  • 30 g coconut chips
  • 30 g coconut flakes
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil

Wash the rhubarb and cut the stalks into pieces of 1 cm. Wash also the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Mix the fruit with the coconut sugar in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Melt the coconut oil in a pan, add all other ingredients and work it into crumbles. Put the fruit in a baking dish and spread the crumble on it. Bake the Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble for 20 minutes at 190 degrees in the oven.
