Spring Pizza Angelina

Do you like it crunchy, spicy and healthy? Then you absolutely have to try out my spring pizza. You can top it with your favourite vegetable and sprinkle it with vegan, grated cheese. I used my favourite cheese from veganblitz, that gives my pizza a wonderfully spicy taste. Happy preparation!

Ingredients dough:

  • 360 g flour
  • 180 g lukewarm water
  • 1/2 cube yeast or 1 P. dry yeast
  • 25 g olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Ingredients covering:

  • vegetable at your own option: I used paprika, mushrooms, zucchini and arugola
  •  vegan grated cheese from Veganblitz as topping

Put all ingredients in a food processor or a mixer and knead them. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes at warm place. Roll it out with a rolling pin and put in on a baking tray with baking foil. Top the dough with vegetable of your own choice and sprinkle it with vegan, grated cheese. I rolled out the  dough very thinly and it was sufficient for two baking trays. Bake the pizza in the pre-heated oven (220 degrees top/bottom heat, 200 degrees circulating air).
