Scrambled Tofu

Happy Breakfast! Today I had a savory breakfast idea for you: Scrambled Tofu


  • 1 block of tofu
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1-2 big tomatoes
  • 2 handful of spinach
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • salt & pepper
  • paprika powder

Sautee your red onion with some oil in a pan, then crumble up the tofu and add it alongside all the veggies. Lastly add all your spices and serve with bread and avocado.
