Protein Smoothie Bowl

This is the perfect meal on a hot summer day. It’s also full of protein, so a very good post workout meal.

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
handful of frozen strawberries
1/2 cup plant milk
1 1/2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (vegan of course)
Topped it with hemp seeds, chia seeds and coconut flakes for some extra protein !
