Mango Baked Oatmeal

This oatmeal is perfect for everyone who loves fruity, healthy and fresh snacks. You can eat it for breakfast or also as dessert. Enjoy this incredible mango taste…
Ingredients (for 4 persons):
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant based milk)
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup nuts (I used walnuts and pecan nuts that I broke apart into smaller pieces)
  • chopped banana
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen mango (just use the amount you like, depending on how big your baking pan is and how much you like mango)
  • 1 handful dried mulberries
  • pieces of banana as topping
Mix oats, chia seeds and hemp seeds together an pour boiling water on top until it’s all covered. Let that soak in for 5 minutes and then add all the other ingredients. Stir well until everything’s combined, then add more banana on top. Put into the oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, and ready is your perfect delicious baked oatmeal.
