This oatmeal is perfect for everyone who loves fruity, healthy and fresh snacks. You can eat it for breakfast or also as dessert. Enjoy this incredible mango taste…
Ingredients (for 4 persons):
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant based milk)
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup nuts (I used walnuts and pecan nuts that I broke apart into smaller pieces)
- chopped banana
- 1 1/2 cup frozen mango (just use the amount you like, depending on how big your baking pan is and how much you like mango)
- 1 handful dried mulberries
- pieces of banana as topping

Mix oats, chia seeds and hemp seeds together an pour boiling water on top until it’s all covered. Let that soak in for 5 minutes and then add all the other ingredients. Stir well until everything’s combined, then add more banana on top. Put into the oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, and ready is your perfect delicious baked oatmeal.
