Chickpea Wraps

If you want to let your fantasy go wild, you have to try out these chickpea wraps. They are easy to make, vegan, gluten-free, absolutely delicious and perfect as a snack or a dinner. You can fill them to your preferences. I roasted leek, mushrooms and spinach in a pan and filled it in the wraps. I used also taboulet. You can try out also broccoli, caper, salad or vegan yogurt as filling.
Ingredients Wraps (for 4-5 persons):
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/4 cups chickpea flour
  • salt, pepper, cumin, Italian mixed herbs
Mix all ingredients in a mixer. The dough should have the consistency of pancakes. When the dough is too viscous, just add a little bit more water. Leave the mixture for 30 minutes and roast the wraps in a pan with a little bit oil until they are crispy. Fill them to your preference.
