When you like healthy and delicious snacks…Granola Bars are ideal for you. And you don’t need much time to prepare them.
- 150g oats
- pecans or walnuts (or any other kind of nuts, use as much you like, I jawed about 1 handful each)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 handful cacao nibs
- 5 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice (I used agave syrup)
- 1 very ripe mashed banana
Mix all the ingredients together and press into a baking tray. Bake in the pre heated oven at 165 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. When it’s finished, let everything cool down and then cut into bars.
