This is a perfect breakfast and tastes so delicious!
Ingredients (for 1 glass):
- 4 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- enough plant milk to cover everything
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- sweetener of choice
Stir all the ingredients together in a jar and leave the mixture in the fridge overnight. Take out in the morning and top with whatever you like. Mango and coconut yoghurt would be a great choice.
