Chocolate Raspberry Breakfast Cookies

These Chocolate Raspberry Breakfast Cookies are fabulous….gluten-free, vegan and healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 3/4 cup chocolate flavoured oat milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (do more if your milk isn’t sweetened)
  • 1 handful of nuts (I used pecans and walnuts in this)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries

Mix all the ingredients together and bake in the pre-heated oven at 175 degrees C for 15 minutes.
