These Chocolate Raspberry Breakfast Cookies are fabulous….gluten-free, vegan and healthy!
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 3/4 cup chocolate flavoured oat milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup (do more if your milk isn’t sweetened)
- 1 handful of nuts (I used pecans and walnuts in this)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 3 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
Mix all the ingredients together and bake in the pre-heated oven at 175 degrees C for 15 minutes.
