Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough

Low carb high protein cookie dough, that’s super easy to make and only has 4 ingredients:
    • 1 can white beans
    • 1 scoop chocolate (Or vanilla) protein powder
    • 100 ml water (or as much as you Need to get to a cookie dough – like consistency)
    •  1 tsp psyllium husks
    • 1-2 tbsp cacao powder for a richer chocolate flavor
    • 1 tsp Maca powder
    • Maple syrup or any other sweetener of choice (I didn’t add any, the protein powder was sweet enough + I topped it with fruit!)
Mix all the ingredients together and let it sit for 10 minutes so it can thicken. (That’s what the psyllium husks are for)
I topped the cookie dough with berries and cacao nibs and it was the perfect post/pre – workout treat.
