Chocolate Espresso Granola

The Chocolate Espresso Granola fits perfectly with green smoothie bowls or yoghurt, but also with any other breakfast bowl. It’s so delicious and when you are hungry for sweets, you can also eat it just without anything else!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup large coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 shot espresso

Preheat your oven to 160 degrees C (325 F). Mix wet ingredients together, then combine with all the other ingredients (except the chocolate chips). Place your granola on a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes. Make sure to stir every 5 minutes, so that everything baked evenly. Mix the chocolate chips in right when you take the mixture out, so that they melt and give the granola a nice texture. Let everything cool and store in the fridge for up to one week.
