Blueberry Lemon Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

1/2  cup oats

1tsp chia seeds

1/2 cup plant milk

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tsp lemon juice

vanilla extract

1 tsp date syrup (you can also use fresh dates)

 

Let cool in the fridge overnight. I topped everything with some coconut yoghurt, a banana, Fresh blueberries and coconut flakes.

 

Heaven in a mason jar!
