Blueberry Lemon Oatmeal

Another day another Blueberry Lemon Oatmeal!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup plant milk
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
vanilla extract
1 tsp Date syrup (you could also use fresh dates)
Let cool in the fridge overnight!
