Today I tried out a different version to my regular chia pudding. By adding coconut yoghurt and hemp seeds it was so much creamier than regular chia pudding, but the hemp seeds gave it such a nice crunch.
1/4 cup milk of choice (I used almond)
1/4 cup vegan yoghurt (I used coconut)
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp agave (you could also use fresh chopped dates)
